Developing strong soft skills and building meaningful relationships enables engineers to collaborate better, access resources and move up into leadership roles.
Language and Communication skills are essential to improve clarity in the exchange of concepts, knowledge, and ideas. It can improve the effectiveness of the work and can empower to make decisions and build relationships for greater career growth. The training mentors give training to our students to strengthen their communication skills. The training session focus on the key aspects necessary to face interview and to overcome the obstacles faced during the interview process.
A life skill teaches the students how to behave well and interact with others. Learning the life skills can help the students to deal with the challenges of life. Yoga, self-defence, health and hygiene, regular medical check-up and also various awareness programs on life skills are given to the students.
ICT skills are one of the technological advances that benefit students by promoting engagement and boosting interest among them. ICT-improved classrooms encourage student participation and knowledge retention in the classroom. ICT/Computing skills are offered to educate and enlarge students’ technological expertise. It improves the student’s knowledge of current technological trends and advancements.
