MBA at Arunachala College of Engineering for Women was established in the year 2021
which is one of the Top and Best MBA College in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. Our aim is
to build leaders and women entrepreneurs through holistic transformation and
innovative education. Through various training and participative learning, we
provide the opportunity to the students to realize their true potential and
transform them to become a corporate leaders.
The Department of Management Studies offers a two-year full time residential MBA
programme, with specializations: Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Business
Analytics and Operations. The programme commenced on 24th November, 2021. We aim at
forming competent, committed, compassionate and service-oriented leaders. We are the
only college that provides MBA programme exclusively for Women all over India.
The Department of Management Studies provides a blend of theoretical and practical
knowledge that match well with the short term & long term requirements of the
industry. The department has faculty in all functional areas of management, who are
engaged in teaching, research and outreach activities. It is a skill-based programme
where the focus is not only given to classroom teaching but also practical exposure
to outside world. We have hosted a number of Seminars and Workshops with a focus on
outbound learning where students get enriched by valuable inputs from the industry
experts. Various clubs have been formed in our department for organising Personality
Development Programmes inorder to enhance managerial skills of students.
